Description
Do you feel a sense of yearning… for change, to understand yourself, to understand why certain challenges keep arising, and how to build a more meaningful and enjoyable life for yourself? My role is to help guide you to find what works. I offer individual therapy informed by Internal Family Systems, somatic, neuroscience, polyvagal theory, expressive arts therapy, systems theory, feminist theory, and psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy. I believe that a compassion-focused, cultural humility, trauma-informed and anti-oppressive approach is essential for safe and effective therapy.
