Kaya leans towards using a narrative therapy approach with clients, enjoying the ability to help them understand the stories they hold about themselves and the world, but incorporates elements from a variety of therapy models as needed, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, writing therapy, and more. She provides individual therapy for a diverse range of issues, including anxiety, depression, burnout, eating disorders, career/work stress, life transitions, divorce, infidelity, academic and school-related stress, body image, self-esteem, developing confidence and more.
