Brianna has experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of areas including depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, and other mental health concerns. She has also co-facilitated a psychoeducation therapy group for adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Regardless of the reasons for starting your therapeutic journey, Brianna is here to listen to your story. She is also passionate about creating a place for clients to reconnect with their strengths and achieve their goals.

Education
- Brianna is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Masters of Arts in Theology: Spiritual Care & Psychotherapy from Martin Luther University College. She also has a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology (minors in Education and Criminology) from Wilfrid Laurier University. Brianna has completed a professional development course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (Level I: Fundamentals of CBT) from Wilfrid Laurier University. She also has completed level 1 and 2 training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy.
