Brian is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Brian’s lived experiences with addiction recovery, intensive meditation training, and first career in corporate communications inform his clinical work. Brian fosters a safe therapeutic environment for clients struggling with mood, relationships, addictions, and school/work-related stress. While he helps clients connect with their experience in the present moment, Brian’s approach is very much trauma-informed and psychodynamic.
