My Name is Emily (she/her) and I am passionate about finding peace and balance in life’s contradictions. I help clients to embrace that change is both constant and inevitable, and that opposites can coexist and be integrated to bring us closer to our truths. I am committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges by cultivating a space where you can strive for more: more joy, more self-compassion, more love, more patience, more calmness, and more fulfilment, while also accepting and celebrating who you are now and how you’re showing up today.

Therapy Collective is a women owned and women ran collaborative private practice offering you Counselling Therapy. Our aim in creating this collective was to merge our strengths as practitioners to be able to offer you complete wellness using the multi disciplinary approach to therapy. Multidisciplinary clinics are built based on the idea that there will be a variety of therapists from different disciplines all collaborating on supporting the health and wellness of their clients together. We currently have six wonderful therapists for you to choose from. We look forward to meeting you!
