Allison is a Registered Psychotherapist with over 20 years experience working in both the healthcare and education sectors.   Since starting her career working in inpatient mental health and addictions, Allison has held roles with the OMA’s Physician Health Program, and most recently as Director and Clinical Supervisor for an interdisciplinary health team.  
Allison draws from a wide variety of clinical approaches, grounded in cognitive behaviour therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices to meet the unique needs of her clients.
