Description

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and professional art therapist, I provide art and verbal psychotherapy for youth, adults, and older adults whose concerns may include self-worth, loss and grief, depression, stress, anxiety, social isolation, and transitions in life. I am always looking for ways to expand my perspective and awareness, and believe that art therapy can help eliminate physical and even linguistic barriers when individuals are given space and support for self-expression, creative exploration, and sharing their stories.
