Description
I have developed an integrative and client-centred approach to counselling due to my passion for assisting clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and helping them recognize the patterns that are holding them back. I create a safe and welcoming environment for my clients and value the importance of a collaborative therapeutic relationship to ensure my clients feel heard and understood. My way of doing therapy is a combination of cognitive behavioural, emotion-focused and insight-oriented approaches. I view therapy from a systemic and trauma informed lens.
