Description
I have an interest in development across the lifespan. There are times in life when we get caught in patterns that interfere with our ongoing progress, and some of these patterns may be initiated in childhood and infancy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one therapeutic method that can be used to help you to get around these problems in the present, and better regulate your thoughts and feelings. I have a graduate degree in psychology from the University of Toronto and have worked in the fields of psychology and research for the past 25 years.

Summary
The Growth & Wellness Therapy Centre was launched in 2019 with the idea of bringing on a group of therapists to create a broader supportive community for both clients and therapists focused on two major components: continued personal growth, and maintenance of individual and family wellness. We thank all our clients and colleagues for helping us to win in 2021 as the Gold Winner in Marriage, Family & Individual Counselling with the Toronto Star Reader’s Choice Awards! We’re a group of professionals who are passionate about supporting growth, reflection and insight in our work with clients.
