Description
Parisaprovides therapy to adults, adolescents and couples who are struggling with anxiety disorders, trauma, OCD, mood disorders, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, weight management issues, personality disorders, psychosis, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem, ADHD, relationship issues, addictions, and chronic pain. She provides culturally sensitive, non-judgemental and supportive, evidence-based treatment, primarily practcing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Attachment-based theories.

We currently offer both in-person and virtual (i.e. videoconferencing and telephone) sessions to support you through your challenging times. We provide evidence-based and effective psychological treatment, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), among others. We aim to provide clients with a safe and comfortable and collaborative environment in which to help you explore and resolve your current difficulties in a manner consistent with your goals and values.
