Parisaprovides therapy to adults, adolescents and couples who are struggling with anxiety disorders, trauma, OCD, mood disorders, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, weight management issues, personality disorders, psychosis, interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem, ADHD, relationship issues, addictions, and chronic pain.

She provides culturally sensitive, non-judgemental and supportive, evidence-based treatment, primarily practcing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Attachment-based theories.
