Description

Therapy with me is a journey to better understand and strengthen your relationships, self-awareness, and emotional resilience. My approach is integrative and client-centered, focusing on creating a collaborative space where you feel safe, heard, and respected.

As a Psych. Associate (Supervised Practice), I use a combination of various therapeutic techniques like CBT, EMDR, IFS and more, to address a broad range of my clients needs.
