Description

My way of doing therapy is a combination of Cognitive Behavioural, Emotion Focused, Psychodynamic and insight-oriented approaches. I also practice Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Sex Therapy.  I view therapy from a systemic and trauma informed lens and work with my clients to assist them in developing their goals for therapy and thereby tailor my approach to meet their needs.
As a psychotherapist, I have developed an integrative and client-centered approach to counselling due to my passion for assisting clients in gaining insights into their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.
