Description

I have been trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT).  I work with clients who have issues with food and behavior, anxiety, depression, and impulse control. I have expanded my practice from individual counselling to couples, families and group therapy. I place high value on building strong therapeutic relationships and being sensitive to the diverse needs of my clients. I do this by using an empathetic, value-based approach to help build upon my clients' strengths, while empowering them to make meaningful change.
