We are a team of Registered Psychotherapists, Marriage and Family Therapists, and Registered Social Workers offering individual, couple, and family therapy for a variety of concerns. We offer short and long-term therapy. Our approach is compassionate, supportive, empathic, and strengths based. We are firmly grounded in employing researched modalities. We take care to integrate your world view and story into therapy to help find meaning and healing that is right for you. We are inclusive therapists and advocates learning and practicing from anti-oppressive perspectives and welcoming LGBTTIQQ2S.
