Description

My style is open, supportive and collaborative, with the client’s well-being, safety, and goals as my highest priority. Coming from a culture where openly sharing one’s needs and emotions is not the norm, I am mindful of clients’ ambivalence and courage in coming for therapy. My motto is “seek first to understand before being understood.” My approach is to listen to my client’s stories and experiences with an open mind and curiosity and unleash their strengths and potentials for change and a new corrective emotional experience.
