Narain, Ph.D., Founder and Director of Anger Management Centre of Toronto Inc., is an anger management specialist holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry and a Post-Master’s Education in Counselling Psychology. He is a former teacher, guidance counsellor, parent educator and group facilitator.

The Anger Management Centre of Toronto, Inc. was founded in 2000 by Latchman Narain, Ph.D (see below) in an effort to address the dire need for mental health services in the Markham-Scarborough community. Since its inception, the Centre has experienced rapid growth and has extended its services into the North York region.
