Description

My goal is to assist clients to navigate challenges & transform them into catalysts for growth. At the core of my approach is helping clients to view their struggles as sources of potential strength. Rather than fighting against challenges, we work with these emotions. By reframing these challenges as signals that demand attention, we unlock the hidden utility within them. This approach fosters resilience and self-awareness, enabling clients to tap into their capacities and channel them toward personal growth. This also involves working to understand what is at the root of the challenges.
