Through a dynamic process of co-exploration, I'll support you to begin to turn towards and explore the landscape of your experience with curiosity, compassion and creativity; listen to the 'unspoken voice' of your body; deepen self-awareness and understanding; take risks; and discover more supported, connected and satisfying possibilities for being here-and-now. I see beauty in the way we learn to adapt to life’s challenges. We are resilient. And, sometimes we can get stuck in the ways we've adapted. Life can be hard at the best of times, but during a pandemic? Maybe you’re feeling numb, cut-off from your feelings or any sense of hope and finding it difficult to connect with others. Maybe your mind is swirling with thoughts and you're feeling overwhelmed. Maybe you’re anxious and having a hard time finding a sense of solid ground. Or maybe past traumas are resurfacing now more than ever. Whatever you’re experiencing, you don't have to do it alone. I work with individuals 16+ using a combination of Gestalt therapy, somatic psychotherapy and expressive arts.
