Farrah has over 15 years experience working with children in various settings. She is a registered early childhood educator with a specialization in special needs. She is trained as a Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist from CICAPP and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Q). Farrah has worked at the Massey Center for women, Microskills, Sick Kids Centre for Community Mental Health, Toronto Public Health, been a daycare teacher, a special educator/counselor in high school and facilitator with the EarlyON program. Farrah is trained in facilitating Handle With Care and Make The Connection programs

Summary
I work with young children, adolescents, young adults and parents and cover a range of emotional, psychological, behavioral, neurodevelopmental difficulties and 2SLGBTQIA issues. I Conduct short-term and long-term individual therapy and parent guidance. I consult schools, colleagues from various professional disciplines, and professional organizations. I have special interest in diverse family structures and cultural differences which, I believe, contributes to my understanding of the individual, of parent-infant relationships, of attachment difficulties and the emotional life of the child.
