Description
My approach is warm and compassionate with a focus on creating safety and trust. I work from a relational, trauma-informed and attachment-based approach. I also work from an intersectional feminist lens, which means I recognize power dynamics in society and the various ways our social identities can shape the power and oppression we experience. I have supported clients in many different areas but I have a special interest in supporting those who have experienced childhood or relational trauma, and those who had a difficult birth/ supporting postpartum mental health.
