I can relate to the many issues and needs of others. Many times, we will experience stress and anxiety or depression because of our past experiences. Some problems are so traumatic that we may actually feel a sense of hopelessness. Some of us need help in working through trauma, self-esteem, or confidence. we can accomplish goals on creating a healthier and more adaptive life where you overall feel better and when we start to heal and feel good we are going to enjoy the many things that we have in our lives a little bit more.
