I am a Registered Psychotherapist and I specialize in counselling teens and young adults (ages 11-22) and their families. With over 20 years of experience working with youth and parents in several settings, I bring a tremendous amount of relevant experience to my work. My qualifications include a Masters degree in Counselling with a specialization in Counselling Psychology, a BA in Psychology, and a Diploma in Child and Youth Work. I am also a certified professional member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), and a nationally certified TF-CBT therapist.

Counselling for children, teens, young adults (25 and under) and parents/families. The earliest decades of life bring many social, emotional, intellectual, and physical changes. Sometimes difficulties arise that stress the existing strengths and supports of any family or individual. Being able to speak with someone who knows about a particular age and stage of development can be helpful, and each therapist here specializes with a specific age group. We offer brief counselling and consultation, as well as more intensive counselling options.
