My professional background and training is in mental health. I hold a B.A. in Psychology & an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counselling with additional training and certifications in both CBT as well as Expressive Art Therapy. I am an accredited member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) with the designation of Registered Psychotherapist (RP). I am a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) with the designation of Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC).
