Summer (she/her) works from a client-centred approach. Summer works with clients considering their social location (or contextual worlds) and acknowledges the impact of one’s intersecting identities on each person. She aims to help facilitate client insights and support relational attachments. Summer uses an integrative approach, focusing on Narrative Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Summer focused her studies on women’s health issues, specifically intimate partner violence, relationship dynamics and human development. She is in the final stages of her Masters of Psychotherapy.
