Juliana believes that healing that can be found in a warm, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship. Her practice offers clients a safe space where each can come as they are and leave feeling more aligned with who they aspire to be. Clients often describe her style as warm, approachable, and empowering. She incorporates ERP, ACT Narrative and Gestalt therapies. Juliana works from a strengths based framework and supports clients aged 16-80 struggling with neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g. ADHD, ASD), anxiety, life transitions, women's issues, gender, communication issues, and self-esteem.
