Believing in the growth that can be found in the safety of a warm, non-judgmental and respectful therapeutic space, Juliana operates under the philosophy that "the only way out is through.” Juliana strives to empower clients and tap into their existing abilities to adapt and deepen self-understanding. Juliana (she/her) works from a client-centred, strengths based framework that supports teens and adults struggling with concerns that emanate from neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., ADHD, ASD), anxiety, depression, life transitions, women's issues, communication issues and low self-esteem.
