My priority as a therapist is to provide a safe and honouring space for your experience. I am deeply interested in the multitude of ways we can create a meaningful and full life. While diagnoses and labels can provide a helpful framework, I aim to not impose a Western/white model of experience onto you, instead taking a stance of cultural humility. My work is inspired by learnings in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Healing Shame - Lyon/Rubin method, Somatic Experiencing (SE), and transcultural and social psychiatry.
