I am registered with the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario and hold a master’s degree in counselling & psychotherapy from University of Toronto. I practice from a trauma-informed, strength-based, collaborative approach. I'm trained in IFS, EMDR, CBT and EFT. My practice is rooted in creating a trusting therapeutic relationship based on compassion. I can help you to recognize your attachment and relational patterns. We can explore coping strategies that work for you and help you to develop a healthy compass to navigate the world. My practice is currently virtual.
