With over a decade of experience providing counselling in the social services sector and working in private practice, she is passionate about helping people seek positive change and growth. She offers individual psychotherapy for adults who experience anxiety, depression, workplace stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and complex/attachment trauma. Myroslava's approach is non-judgmental, collaborative, as well as challenging; and her work is rooted in intersectional feminism and anti-oppressive practice principles.
