Description
I believe in taking a client-centered approach working with my clients, both individuals and couples, honouring where you’re at and working as your pace dictates. Clients that tend to reach out to me for support are coming to work through trauma and building resilience, depression, couples and relationship challenges, anxiety and building confidence and self esteem. While working and building our alliance together, you'll see I bring compassion and understanding but also a great sense of humour. There’ll be no stereotypical "how does that make you feel" here.
