Description
Trying to manage your mental health can feel exhausting without the right support. My goal is to help you get some sense of relief and support you in understanding why you may get caught in unhelpful thinking patterns. I will work with you so that you can experience helpful changes in your day to day life. In my work, I value empathy and a non-judgmental and compassionate stance. I also strive to use counselling approaches that will best fit your concerns. I can help clients work through anxiety, depression, life transitions, low self-esteem, stress management and relationship issues.
