Description
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with specialized training in mindfulness and resiliency. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental care to individuals facing life’s challenges, including job transitions, acculturation issues, anxiety, depression, loneliness, and stress. Drawing on client-centred approaches with evidence-based techniques tailored to your values and needs, we will work together to help you reach the best version of yourself. My approach is grounded in a gender and sexuality-affirming, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist lens.
