Description
Karen has helped clients navigate a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, relationships, grief, post partum depression, CPTSD, PTSD, education & work issues, and more. Karen has worked in public and private education, hospices and clinics. Karen believes therapy provides a confidential space for clients to be safe, seen, heard, and to explore their thoughts, feelings, body awareness, behaviors, relationships and patterns. Karen uses a holistic approach and enjoys helping people become more confident, self aware and find their joy and passion for life.
