Karen has helped a variety of clients navigate issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, complex grief, relationships, post partum and more, Karen has worked in public education, hospices and clinics. Karen believes that therapy provides a confidential, safe space for individuals to be seen, heard and find their voice while exploring their feelings, thoughts, body awareness, behaviors, patterns and emotions. Karen enjoys helping people become more confident, self-aware, and ready to take on life and live life it to the fullest.
