Description

I am a registered psychotherapist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been working in mental health for over 20 years supporting individuals struggling with a broad range of issues. I have trained in different counselling approaches such as traditional “talk” therapies (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.) I also have training in newer, cutting-edge treatments informed by neuroscience such as BRAINSPOTTING and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I know there is no one-size-fits-all approach and use an integration of therapies tailored specifically for you.

I use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which is effective for most issues people are facing.  Repeated studies show that with EMDR, many people can rapidly experience benefits that once took years.
