Description
Welcome! My name is Lea, and my approach is to create a safe, judgement free environment in which clients can begin to unravel the unique challenges that they struggle with. I focus on creating a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients while using an integrative treatment approach. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and I integrate this approach with many other modalities. During sessions, I provide gentle guidance and empathetic support, empowering clients to gain the confidence needed to achieve their goals and foster healing in their lives.
