Description
As a psychotherapist, coach and neuroscientist, I guide individuals through the complexities of feeling a loss of motivation, hope or purpose in life. My clinic specializes in relationship issues, anxiety, and perfectionism. Understanding you is not about faults—it's about the protective strategies your brain once developed to make you feel safe, which may now have you feeling “stuck”. Through deep exploration and new emotional awareness, we'll bridge the gap between who you are and who you aspire to be, fostering growth and healing.

Summary
Our responses to suffering, how we try to protect ourselves to avoid future pain, can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, and anxious. Together, we will work to chip away at these accumulated layers and begin to articulate a more comfortable way of being in the world. I provide individual and couples therapy to help shift away from the restraints of criticism, shame, resentment, anxiety and hopelessness that can create rigorous negative cycles. Specialties include couples therapy, relationship issues, perfectionism, codependency and general anxiety.
