Description
I’m passionate about helping adults and teens learn how to feel better about themselves, have more satisfying relationships and manage distressing emotions. The majority of my practice focuses on helping people deal with the effects of difficult things that have happened to them, anxiety they may be feeling, relationship problems, and everyday stressors. My approach is integrative, including family systems, cognitive behavioural, and inner child approaches. I specialize in attachment, trauma (including childhood trauma), and the integration of spirituality and psychology when it’s appropriate.
