Description
I offer clients a safe space through my warm, non-judgmental, caring and person-centered stance. I work from an integrative and collaborative approach. I work with clients to build coping and resiliency while exploring sources of distress to confidently confront life’s struggles. I integrate cultural sensitivity that takes into consideration clients’ marginalized identities and the complexity this may add. I have worked with individuals wanting to heal from a traumatic past or finding their path, and couples feeling stuck in dysfunction or wanting to heal from infidelity.
