Description
Simryn (she/they) I strive to create a therapeutic environment that values warmth, authenticity, and collaboration where you feel safe to explore and connect with yourself. I work from a feminist, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive frameworks, integrating a range of modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), parts work, expressive arts therapy, somatic mindfulness, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I see therapy as one component, in a boundless combination of components, that make up the pathway(s) to our growth and healing. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
