Since 2008, Charlene has been specifically honing her skills as a psychotherapist, working with individuals and couples facing life challenges. Charlene has been trained in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR. (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy). Charlene continues to pursue further professional development in these modalities.
