My work with clients is rooted in a deep appreciation for the interconnectedness of mental, physical and social well-being. I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy that integrates the components of well-being relevant to each client. Therapy is conducted through a person-centred, integrative framework that incorporates evidence-based and trauma-informed treatment models like EMDR, Polyvagal Therapy, parts work, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and positive psychology. I have experience with the military and veteran communities as a counsellor, researcher, and as a military spouse.
