Description
I am a firm believer that shame disappears and healing occurs when our stories are told in safe spaces. Therapy can be a safe and compassionate space where we can get curious about places where you may be feeling stuck and overwhelmed in life. In this collaborative process, you can begin to gain more clarity and understand your unique experiences on a deeper level. You will learn practical skills, tools, and healthy communication strategies to have the courage for navigating life's challenges feeling more resilient and empowered. Above all, you will feel seen, heard, understood and valued.
