I address healing on all levels of the self: mind, body and spirit. We will look at releasing negative thought patterns, old wounds and strengthen your relationship with yourself. You will learn how to better meet your needs and feel more empowered to face life's challenges. The effects of this can be felt in all areas of your life (e.g. relationships).
