I offer psychotherapy or counselling. This is talk therapy. We do a comprehensive assessment of your situation and then apply evidence-based psychology practices to improve behaviour as well as emotional and mental states. I take a Person-centred and Positive Psychology approach to therapy, tying in strategies from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Narrative Therapy. Don’t know what those are? Don’t worry. Just come as you are, expecting that I will be there focused on you, helping you navigate your story. My goal is to help you overcome daily stresses and improve your quality of life!
