Struggling with trauma, attachment wounds, or the lasting impact of childhood experiences? 

I offer trauma therapy using EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help process the past, reduce distress, and rebuild a sense of safety and self-worth. I also provide coaching and support for those engaging in psychedelic therapy, including preparation and integration.
