An experienced therapist with additional familiarity in assessments, I specialize in anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional issues, and stage of life difficulties. My approach is warm, collaborative, and considerate of clients' diverse personal and cultural identities. I collaborate with my clients providing evidence-based care to develop lasting changes where emotional shifting, relief, and insight prompting new behaviour tends to occur. 

I work with adults as well as teenagers offering cognitive, experiential, and skill based therapies focusing on healthy processing, coping and relationships.
