Description
I deliver therapy services to a variety of mental health concerns amongst different age ranges and populations. My approach is person-centered meaning that you are the expert on your own experience, I am simply there to help you understand and make sense of these experiences more fully by listening and reflecting on them while offering evidence-based approaches to help you move forward. My aim is to help you develop coping strategies and tools that will enable you to live your best life! I have specific training in DBT, EFT, and multiple interventions for the treatment of anxiety.
