Anastasia works with clients who are experiencing loss, grief, stress, depression, anxiety, separation and divorce. She uses best-evidence based practices which include Attachment, Focusing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Therapy (SFBT). Anastasia’s services are not covered by Manitoba Health. Her services may be covered through employee health insurance/benefits with a referral for counselling and therapy treatment obtained from an attending family physician, walk-in doctor, or specialist. Anastasia offers a free 30-minute initial consultation.
